Quick Response. Ignacio was so friendly, and professional. He diagnosed the problem to faulty ignitor switch and promptly replaced. He was open about pricing. We spent $385 for everything, but, that kept us from having to buy a new stove (a good one is at least $800). So, we saved money, and of course, they have a business to run. I see it as a win/win. And it was great service.

The technician was fantastic, informative and professional. My issue is with the call center. When I made the appointment they told me about the diagnostic fee. I told them the machine was apart and asked if I should put it back together. He said I did not need to, it would be ok. He never told me that there could be a reassembly fee if they had to put it back together for diagnosis. This is information they should relay especially if I specifically mentioned it was apart...

Avoid Mr. Appliance of Delaware Valley. They only care about collecting their fee and will scam you to get it. I had issues with an LG Induction Range where a burner was not turning on. Provided model number and issue over the phone and was assured they could handle it. They explained there would be a $125 to come to diagnose but the fee would be waived if I approved their suggested repair. When the “repair man” arrived he did not take out any tools or even attempt to turn on the cooktop but rather explained the only thing they can do is replace the burner. Why was this not done over the phone? I approved the replacement and repair and put a $300 payment down for the repair which should have meant there would be no service fee per what they explained on the phone. I was told the part would be in within 7 days. Two months later I heard nothing and reached out. I was informed the part could not be sourced so they would refund my money minus the service fee. This is a complete scam I approved the repair so the fee should have been waived. Why is the customer responsible for the company’s inability to source a part? Why did they assure me they service my model on the phone when clearly they cannot. Why should I pay $125 for someone to drive to my house and not look at anything and order a part which never arrived? This company has no integrity do not trust any promises they make.

Scheduling and communication with Mr. Appliance was easy and timely. Ignacio arrived promptly and immediately started troubleshooting my refrigerator/freezer. He was professional, courteous and candid about the issues with my appliance. No hard sell. Very informative allowing me to make an educated decision on next steps. I'd strongly recommend Mr. Appliance and Ignacio for your appliance repair needs.
