I was happy with the service that I received from Message In A Bottle. What I really love about them is that I was able to drop off my cans/bottles to be counted, and I was able to return later, at my convenience to pick up my money! Plus, Message In A Bottle's customer Service is Outstanding! I felt that their team was courteous, and Ambitious. I will definitely be back, in the future!

Hi Alexis, we do not take a percentage or charge a fee for this service. We pay 5 cents for all items with a NYS deposit marked on them. Good morning, The process is simple, if you have a couple of small bags we count them and pay you on the spot. If you have a larger order, you’ll be assigned an individual spot and we take your name and number to give you a call when it is all counted and sorted. You get 5 cents for each redeemable item with a NY 5¢ deposit marked on it. If you have any further question feel free to give us a call and we can answer any other questions you may have.

No limit! Due to the warmer weather we have been getting busier. So there is a slight increase in turn around time on how quickly we are able to count and sort large orders.
