I visited this UPS store on Atwood Ave Cranston, RI. This was my second visit and wanted to share my experience. Both times in this store were staff was wonderful, friendly, knowledge and professional. The staff was friendly and I only had a prepaid package, they could not have been more happy to assist. When I visited in Mid December same pleasant and helpful group. Thank you to all of them. My visit was on March 3 around 12:30pm. June Champagne

Love this store! Customer Service Above and Beyond! Went to drop off a package, and they were closing, but let me come in anyway. Met the owner Matt who couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Excellent store with above & beyond customer service!! I was happy to discover this new UPS store in my neighborhood, as I often drive out of my way use their services. The store is spacious and neat, they have a lot of services available, and the customer service I received was beyond outstanding. The store owner went WELL above and beyond to help me with a solution to my shipping needs. I can't say enough about it. Great place! Thanks a million!!
