Every time I come to this location there is something wrong that prevents me from shipping . The internet is always down, the printer doesn’t work, the register doesn’t work , staff didn’t come in. The parking lot is also a disaster.

Lately, Amazon has been sending me the wrong item A LOT [8 in a row now]. UPS Stores make undoing their screw-ups a lot less stressful (aside from waiting weeks to get any refund). The staff at this location are always aiming to work. I've never seen them standing around when they have a customer. They are always polite, efficient, and accurate. I will soon be needing a P.O. box, and it will 100% be at this location!

Came from 25 min away. Reached the location at 6:58 and the door was closed. When I called someone picked up the phone and said we are Closed and we open tomorrow. It clearly says open until 7:00 Pm.

The young woman at the counter was absolutely splendid. Her attitude is beyond professional when I had an issue with some thing she was able to resolve it in seconds ! Most of these poor reviews are from old elderly customers who don’t know how to order stuff online or handle packages correctly. Upon asking the employee what her name was she told me that her name was Kenzie and I told her that every time I return I will specially ask for Kenzie to handle my UPS needs thank you so much UPS for hiring this wonderous young woman.
