Just went to this location with me and my daughter looking for Boston Celtics jerseys and as I was asking a young employee if they had any the older woman at the front desk was very rude and interrupted to tell us they haven’t had any for weeks and then I asked if they could call another store to see if there was any inventory she rudely said nobody has anything instead of just looking I left the store called the other location and they had some jerseys so this older woman at the cashier next to the door Maybe needs another job when dealing with customers as she was extremely rude when we were just asking a general question.

Employees standing in packs talking. No one helping customers. And with all the employees standing around they have one older woman running the register when there’s a long line. You gotta be kidding me?

I went into the store to purchase some Adidas running shoes. I walked in and the girl at the door didn't acknowledge me. She wasn't on her phone or doing anything other than standing there. I then proceeded to the men's footwear department. I looked around for a bit, and I didn't even see an associate to ask for assistance. I then got on my phone and shopped around on Amazon for about 10 minutes. I found the shoes I was interested in and proceeded to order them on Amazon. I try really hard to give local stores my business, but there was no service. As I walked out the door, the employee that had ignored me on the way in, let me know I had to exit around the register. The only reason I'm giving my experience 2 stars is because there was a good selection of shoes on display. It should be a 1 star.

Dick's Sporting Goods in Seekonk is a big box store but it offers a wide selection and sporting apparel, camping equipment, lots of kayaks, fishing equipment large selection of ladies, men's, boys and golf apparel. Everyone who's ever work there is always been nice, the store is always clean, and you can easily find someone to help you. They certainly fit a sporting niche in the Bristol County area.
