Mike was wonderful to work with while picking out my fiance's engagement ring. He was nothing but professional and helpful, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy from a "non-Zales" location. I've also had great experiences selling old unwanted jewelery. Regarding all the negative reviews about this place, Vlad, while quiet, is a great person to deal with. Negative reviews sound like people trying to take advantage of a small business owner and got rejected. This is a jewelry store, not a pawn shop. Grow up, people. Grandma's ring might not be worth as much as you think it is, regardless of your sentimental attachment to it :)
