We are traveling so not much choice to eat quick to get back on road. Service was good.

Waited in line for seriously about 45 minutes then we gave up and went to go inside and the lobby was closed. They had no signs outside to indicate that the lobby was closed. So we lost our place in line. We got back in line and waited another 20 minutes. They said that they had very little help that day. Omg, never going there again!

Unbelievably slow even if there are only two cars in the drive through you will still wait 30 min for a burger and fries. Then they still get your burger wrong. Special Education Wendy's.

Let me begin with we ordered four for fours, they told us to pull up and it took 25 minutes for them to come out and give us the wrong order. We came back around to tell them that they gave us the wrong order, and the gentleman at the cashier told us to keep that order while they create our actual order. Then, MANAGER comes out as we are not going to waste food so we just started eating it and he told us to give that food back, after we had half eaten it, and threw it out in front of our faces saying "you get what you pay for" as if they weren't the ones who left us 25 minutes waiting to give us the wrong order. Leave it to Wendy's to be un-classy and deliver unprofessional customer service.
