Shana loves what she does and that is evident, she provided me with endless support, motivation, and compassion during a time when I felt hopeless about the recovery process. I started pt late August after a car accident. Shoulder an neck pain. Matt worked with me knew exactly what to do. 4 months later shoulder and neck pain are gone. Now Matt is working on my lower back. It has only been a month but I can already feel the difference. Matt is great. Explains what he is doing and why. Matt is very knowledgeable And friendly makes me feel very comfortable. Also very accommodating when I need to change my appointments. I have also worked with Nate. He is also very good. Friendly staff and very clean. Always spraying tables and equipment. I would definitely recommend bay state.
