My wife and I have bought 6 appliances from Frank the Salesman at Cocca's in the last 2 years as have members of my extended family. Great service and they followed through on resolving a minor issue we had. Service set's them apart from the rest.

Our Refrigerator died during the heat wave. We were recommended Cocoa's by some friends. We came in to check it out, we left with a refrigerator being delivered 4 days later with removal of the old one AND 3 years warranty with labor costs covered. Austin was extremely helpful, easy to deal with, not pushy and friendly. THANK YOU AUSTIN and other staff for making a difficult HOT time easier for us!

Ordered a fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and 2 wall ovens plus a range from Frank at Cocca's. Great prices on everything, guidance and help with picking what would work best for us. 3 items shipped on sched as promised ( DW/MW and wallovens). The range was delayed by manufacturer out over 8 months and Frank was great about canceling order for that item. The cooktop was a GE and they kept giving us broken promises, and no sign of it after 5 months. This was also out of Cocca appliances control, and GE wouldn't answer us direct either so we cancelled that too. Frank was good about working with this also and Keith in the office liaised positively to us also throughout. Our fridge was delayed by Kitchen Aid supply chain issues but arrived in Feb ( a month late so not too bad). I would like to give huge credits to the delivery teams that came out. The guys were very careful of our new floor, paintwork etc. listened to our concerns and addressed them. The fridge was a beast at 625 lbs and Rich, Henry, and Jose did a really good job of getting it safely in position paying lots of due care and attention to not damaging it either and also took the old fridge away with the same care. Overall a very positive experience and would certainly recommend Cocca's Appliances. We tried working online with a big company on other appliances and those were an unmitigated disaster.and we gave up with them altogether. ( see other review posted on that). Do yourself a favor. Go see Frank and his team.
