I went in there last night our chicken sandwiches weren't fresh and neither were our fries they both were dry and the chicken sandwich was hard. I know it can take 7mins for fresh chicken. I rather wait for that then have food even my dogs wouldn't eat.

Pretty good food if you are in a rush and would luke to eat and the staff are friendly. I rate it a 4 out of 5 though because when we ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese, it was pretty cold. Overall the place is good :)

Wasent to impressed I went thru the drive thru and upon giving my order I forgot to mention I wanted no pickle or onion on my burger n when I got to the window to pay I apologized for missing having to say that I needed those two items off my burger the girl reluctantly told me that I'm sorry they already made it as if I had to take what she was given me and they can fix it. I just looked at her dumbfounded it was like oh my God are you serious! I feel I should've got what I at least was paying for.

Hooligan Theory

I have had only poor experiences at this location. I have gone in several times hoping that the bad experiences were maybe just individual situations of bad days the employees might be having. Unfortunately its just a bad location to visit in my opinion. The staff have been rude every time I have gone in. They act as though it's a bother that they have a customer. I try to be polite with them, im a dasher for Door dash and I know how stressful restaurants are during this time. But its just impossible to be conversational or even smile because of how rude the employees at this location are. And half the time my order is wrong after asking them to verify they have it right. Just don't waste your time here. Go somewhere that the employees want to be. I gave then 2 stars instead of one because when they get the order right the burgers are still tasty. But I won't be going here again.
