I recently rented a truck from uhaul my pick up spot was supposed to be williston and drop off river side Ave. The gm changed my drop point and charged me double for my uhaul rental.. I would not advise that anyone use these locations

I left a Bluetooth speaker in the truck when I returned it and it was stolen during cleaning - called back and the person on the phone told me they didn't find anything in the truck. Do not trust this location, I wouldn't rent from them again.

Moved here last year and could not find storage anywhere, luckily they had PODS! The staff here have been very helpful and accommodating. If I had the option of giving them 10 stars I would. Thank you for your wonderful service UHaul :-)

I reserved a truck online that was indicated to be available and when I showed up the reservation had been cancelled with no notification because there was no pickup. The staff and management were not willing to provide an alternative at the quoted price, which would be the reasonable thing to do. Terrible customer service!
