I've been going here for the last three months and am nothing but impressed. If you need a gym in the Lebanon area this is a great spot. All the staff I've interacted with are always professional and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean with lots of resources. The weight room is pretty old but has everything you need. Plenty of machines and a full cardio room. Never taken one but the classes look great in the pool or the studio. Downstairs they have ergs and another training room which is normally pretty empty. Locker rooms are clean and include a Sauna which is great. Pool is great and includes a variety of classes all week. Besides the staff the people you meet at the Ccba are always super nice and welcoming I highly recommend this center.

I am very happy with my membership at the CCBA. I especially love the group fitness class offerings. The facility is clean and spacious. The friendly staff has gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe and socially distanced in COVID times. Highly recommend!

CCBA used the time of being shut down to their advantage! They rearranged so everyone could feel safe coming back, wonderful new equipment in the workout rooms on the second level...and we absolutely LOVE the new treadmills upstairs!! It has been great to come back to CCBA. Everyone is following protocol and very supportive.

The CCBA has done an excellent done an excellent job during the pandemic: temperature/safety checks before entering, gym is well spaced out to avoid contact, new equipment, and the classes have been excellent. The instructors have been fantastic! The staff is 100%committed to members experience. They are awesome.I also can’t say enough good things about the personal training.
