Decent place to work for one season, don't work here for longer than that unless you can get a permanent position or are able to perfectly mesh with your supervisor. People are good intentioned overall, yet there are lingering problems with disrespect and miscommunication. Proactive and constructive feedback is very hard to get from anyone here.
