I am reupholstering my Yamaha Wave Runner seats and purchased marine staples from their store on eBay. Upon doing so, I left a little note at the bottom asking for their personal opinion on whether I was ordering & using the correct model of staples along with equipment. Not only did I receive a response back, but the owner personally called my phone and discussed in detail everything I needed, along with his expert tips and tricks. It doesn’t get much better in customer service in my opinion. I highly recommend to everyone!!

Very nice people. But I order part from them and I paid for express shipping. Needless to say the order never came. That was a Wednesday so I called Thursday and they refunded the money I paid for shipping and promised me I would have the order on Saturday. I got a call Saturday that once again the part would not be here. So they gave me a full refund. I gave them a second chance, I order more parts that were suppose to arrive today. I called and they told me the order has not even shipped out yet. I am very disappointed in the delivery of this company.
