My mother and I have been donating clothes to Saint Mary's for many many years. We have never had a problem. Only one time someone must have needed the clothing more then the church did. The driver rang my bell and asked for the bags. That's when we realized someone stole them. Always put "SaintMarys"on the bags. God bless

I have made two appointments for St. Mary’s to pick and both tines the pickup went smoothly. There is only one person working on the pickup van so I left my donations on the front step and St Mary’s left a receipt both times. I will donate to the. Whenever I have anything to donate.

A Disappointing Donation Experience I am quite disappointed in your clothing drive and your church misrepresents it's self. I contacted you and informed you that I have 32 bags of lightly used and new designer clothing.  Your driver came and left saying the van was full and he would be coming back with an empty van in an hour. The clothing was labeled in clear plastic bags for St. Mary's church. Then five minutes later, I received a call from a man stating that the clothing was soiled which is not the case and the church cannot use them. I do not understand the boldface lies. The clear plastic bags were set aside on the ground floor of the house. The clothing had to be moved because my contractor is doing work for me and they were blocking the entrance. We would have easily  brought them out to the van although clearly there were two men, a driver and helper. Your church misrepresented it's self and from now on I will make my donations elsewhere...and I do have quite a bit to donate as I am starting the process of purging and giving away lots of stuff that I no longer use including a working car. Your loss will be someone else's valuable gain and blessings. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
