Not the first time they lied. Came here even though they're always overpriced for toner because they promise to have it in stock... otherwise they'll discount it by 10% and ship it for free. This is printed in large letters at eye level in the ink and toner aisle. So they don't have it and I am told this policy doesn't apply during Covid. They need to take down the sign. I went online and ordered through Amazon. Saved more than 10% too.

Their debit machine was having problems and I ended up paying for a transaction 4 times. They were no help whatsoever and complicated the customer service process tremendously. I had to get the bank involved to refund these erroneous charges.

This is my 2nd really irritating experience with the printing department. The first time I sent over some basic recipes and schedule for a cleanse to be printed. When I picked it up they had printed it out on the most expensive paper, color, the works everything ... it was $80. This time they quoted my book to get spiraled $5 and said it would take an hour. I stopped back later today and saw it was a little more (no problem) but I was charged expedited shipping. When I asked the cashier about it his answer was 'I was lucky it wasn't more'. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Disappointing customer service at Staples.
