Since our first visit, Vincent was very patient in hearing our needs and taken them into account in his recommendations for our new car. Eventually we decided to wait for a new car and stayed in communication with us to tell us any updates. He was very clear and transparent from the beginning and we never felt pushed into any direction. We really appreciated that given our situation he was willing to bring the car into our home address and stayed to explain the main features of the car. We'll definitely come back for our car needs in the future.

I recently bought my first new car through Steve Lewis Subaru and am thrilled with my new car and my experience with the sales team. Everyone I saw was wearing a mask. The waiting room had chairs spread apart. Our salesperson wiped down his work area before letting us approach.
They will over charge you for any accessory. Best to price around several dealerships. I found that Bertera Subaru and Brattleboro are more honest in their pricing and you will find you will save $$$

As the others have replied already, if you applied for financing, it's required. If you didn't, call the business manager and ask him to remove the request. Either way, a request for your credit score doesn't really impact the score.
