Unbelievably ridiculous! Fiancé went in for X-rays etc before a teeth cleaning. Teeth cleaning was scheduled for the next day- they were going to charge him over $1000!!! His teeth are totally fine??! They then took at $250 deposit and he called me, said he hated the place, won’t go back again, but that he was going in for his teeth cleaning tomorrow & asked if that seemed like too much money. Um YES!!! We called immediately and asked them to cancel that charge so it would go back into our account and they said they couldn’t that it would take 12 days. I can’t believe we didn’t read the reviews first. Ugh. There’s a reason why it was much less of a wait to get in here than elsewhere. We don’t have Aspen Dentals in California where we just moved from. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

First visit with Aspen Dental and I’m happy! Front desk staff were very friendly. The techs and dentist were as well and very informative. They reassured me of a few things and were great with planning out my next visit and what to expect. Also a wonderful check out. Everything regarding payment/insurance was broken down for me and very easy to understand. Overall I’m really pleased with the facility and staff and would recommend to anyone needing a new Dentist!

Arrived early, they took me right in. Diagnosed pending dental work that is needed quickly. Was told I would receive prescription strength mouth wash and tooth paste. Walked out with only a bill and my prepayment receipt. This is why I only gave stars.

I have had my dentures for a little over a year I was trying to eat a soft glaze donut and one one my front teeth folded over and fell out I call aspen to see if I could get in and have them glue it back in I was giving appointment for 6 days later and ask for the appointment to be sent to me due to me driving well no email or text message where sent I wake up the morning of the appointment and had a text at 8;57am telling me I have a 8;30am appointment so I called to reschedule now I have to wait a anther week . Not to happy about it but what can I do ,nothing ! I'm just surprised the tooth isn't held in with a metal post and glued to it ,its the same plastic they use for the guns that hold the teeth in . If this is what happens after a year how are they going to be after 7 years and have no more warranty . I may have to look into the high end dentures the staff are great to deal with all good people
