I had a very unpleasant experience with Servpro of newington and I was completely shocked… because Ive had many experiences with others Servpros and nothing of the sort has ever happened to me and my family, we have had a water loss a little while ago and the manager on site was angel Rubio , he was really rude to my wife and was very pushy to try and selling us more work than needed to us he made my wife feel completely uncomfortable and unsafe, I was unfortunately at work at the time if I would of been there we would of gone to another Servpro for services .. I hope Servpro sees this and prevents this from ever happening again .

Paul and his crew were fantastic! We had a large water incident affecting three floors of our home the day before Thanksgiving. Our plumber recommended Paul and he responded immediately and coordinated the mitigation process (they sure use some powerful fans!). Paul also coordinated the move-out of our furniture and our belongings were all carefully packed up. Once our restoration was complete his crew moved everything back in with no damage to our belongings or newly painted walls. Everyone from ServPro that came into my home was great. We highly recommend Paul and his crew at Newington Servpro!!

Had a recent garage fire which took out our garage and both vehicles. Decided to go with Servepro of Newington / Central Hartford. Heard a lot about Servepro but never thought i would actually be in need of their services. I was greeted by their general manager Greg who was polite, honest, on time, personable, and professional. I cannot stress enough how his management skills and team relieved our stress by being on top of the situation and how immediate things were playing out as in remediation as well as his vendors that took part in getting our home back to normal. Greg was thorough, on time, communicable, as well as his understanding of what needs to be done, when, and where, and his team was so professional and detailed in their effort to combat the soot and smell problem we had throughout our house. Being in the construction field, i can tell you that Servepro of Newington / Central Hartford will be the only company that anyone should contact if they face a situation as ours, or even more destructive. Just knowing that Greg and his team were and are on top of things has created an atmosphere of being able to get back to normal and know that things will all return to life as we know it and once knew. We cannot personally thank Greg and his team enough for the utmost outstanding remediation and professionalism that i have ever had to deal with.

We contacted Servpro in Newington to find out why we had so much soot all over our house. A representative, Angel Rubio, came out immediately. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable as he knew right away what was happening. He explained in detail the steps we should take to alleviate the problem. He took it upon himself to contact the different companies we would need including dry cleaning, HVAC, insulation, cleaning crew, servpro crew, etc. He was so resourceful! On top of his professionalism and know how, he was wonderfully personable and trustworthy. I really feel we were very lucky to have him work with us. Thank you Angel!!!
