This place was a tad misleading. The "free jump time" is limited. We thought it would include the entire place but we were restricted to half. There was a party on the other side and then the party and the free side switched and we couldn't utilize the other side at all. There were just 2 teenagers working and customer service was just o.k. I waited while she chatted on the phone, I ended up having to grab a paper and inform her that there was BLOOD In the bounce house from the party group. Next she came in acting like it was my responsibility to help her locate it to clean it. The obstacle course bounce houses were gross, so much hair and dust balls. They don't clean those, at least not well.

..Wonderful place for small group of people to celebrate their children's birthday!!🎉🎂🎈 Nice and quiet place..lots of fun and activities for kids of all ages. That was my son's favorite fried #Dylan 8th birthday.

I attended a birthday party here. The attention to detail from the staff was spot on. There are many areas to play in; we really loved the foam block pit and the super slides. The staff was friendly and kept things moving along throughout the play area. The space is new and very clean. I would recommend throwing a birthday party at Jump on in!
