August 12, 2022 The most inept and stupid office staff. Claimed to have called me twice friday with the lab test results for my dog. I checked my call log. Not one incoming call from this group. When I called they couldn't give the test results even though the office dumbell was looking at them. This is not the first time I have had problems with them. Until they can get their act together I suggest you stay away from these clowns.

The Dr and staff are amazing! My dog had a foxtail in his eye and was in a lot of pain. The vet we had been seeing for years refused to see him due to a busy schedule. After calling around and being denied by 5 different offices Phoenix animal hospital squeezed us into their busy schedule. They were quick to tend to him and were very friendly. I’m so grateful!

Thank you to the staff and Vet you guys have done a great job with both of my kitties ! if you need a vet i would recommend this Vet & staff highly . what an amazing job you have done w/ both of my 2 kitties they are never stressed when they come out of the office and they staff is very informative and help out any way they can . feel like they have went above and beyond, when it comes to your pets. big thank you fro our Kitties Jesse & Jasper. also a big thanks from their humans as well !! Prices are good and cheaper than last vets office who would have charged me 3 times the amount the other vet was charging and are very detailed is pricing

The staff here is wonderful and caring. Our rabbit is much happier since his surgery and we will be clients from now on.
