My first time in there and it was a fast, easy and smooth transaction. The owner is knowledgeable about the courses the books are used for and his customer service is impeccable. I would refer and return.

The guy that calls himself manager named JJ is constantly rude and short every time I go in there. When confronted about him being resistant to help me with my books he began arguing with me in front of quite a few different customers. I'm not one to write reviews at all but this guy was ridiculous. His boss even told him to stop arguing. These guys are a ripoff. Won't buyback my books and offered me 15$ for one. No thank you I'll take my business elsewhere and will be complaining to the college or whoever about your customer service skills.

I read the review previous to mine and I have to respond and disagree. HCC campus did not have two of the books I needed for my classes and a friend of mine suggested I go to Books & More. I too received help from the store manager and he was nothing but pleasant and kind. I actually saved quite a bit of money from purchasing books at this store. I also had to return one of the books because the wrong book was on the school roster and Books & More exchanged it without a problem and the money was back in my account within two business days. I am sorry to hear that the man who commented before me had a bad experience, but because of the store manager I will happily return again to buy more books next semester!

Terrible service, very unprofessional. The store manager sold me the wrong books twice after promising me they were the correct books, now I'm stuck with these pricey books because they have no refunds. Don't waste your time there, books and more is also on amazon under textbooks for less!!!!

Hi Marco, I buy current edition college textbooks. Check the copyright page if your books have a copyright of 2018 or earler, they are probably no good. Hi Tennele: yes, we buy back current edition college textbooks. Yes, we do buy back looseleaf books much of the time. If any of your books still have an unused and unexposed access codes, bring that in with your books too! Every case is different, but students usually get more from us when they're selling back, and we are ALWAYS cheaper than the campus store when you are buying books!
