Ever since I was diagnosed, the staff here has been more than helpful in every step of the process. A lot of the nurses know me by name, and even set aside extra time to make sure that I’m comfortable. I have issues when having blood drawn, so I need to either lay back or recline in one of the soft chairs, and most nurses will accommodate my needs by taking me to a back room in order to make sure everything goes well. Even if a nurse doesn’t know me personally, I’ll explain the situation and they’re more than willing to assist. The only real issue I’ve ever had is the waiting time to see the doctor, but that’s simply due to the volume of patients compared to the short staffed nurses. They really do work hard, and I appreciate everything they do. Especially in these times.

I would give negative stars if I could. From my initial visit to correspondence afterwards this was a negative experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone going to this facility. The doctor was pretentious and in a hurry to go surfing. The staff was RUDE on the phone and in person when providing medical records. The staff did NOT follow up with my concerns for the care provided.

Has too many patients for staff size, consistently behind on appointment times. Waiting over a hour to be seen is the norm!! If you can, go to a different location.

The staff and nurses are very nice and professional but they see so many patients that the care has become routine. They need to beef up patient care procedures. Wait times are long. Expect to be there for an extra 2 hrs beyond your infusion time. Here is what happened to me.: I received Remicade Therapy at this location. Within 2 weeks of the 1st infusion, I developed a cough, shortness of breath, hives and itching. When I called to report my symptoms, a nurse told that the problem couldnt be the Remicade because I would have had a reaction while I was at eh center. (not true of course) During the 2nd infusion, I had a allergic reaction within 10 min of starting the treatment. (I couldnt breath, temp went up, itching, hives, etc) The staff acted quickly and gave me meds to get it under control. It took 2-3 hrs until I was stable enough to leave. Unfortunately, they didnt call my emergency contact- my husband- to let him know what had happened. They let me leave and drive home! When I look back, that probably wasnt a good idea because I was still very woozy, confused and dazed. I shouldnt have been allowed to drive myself home.

I go there, & yes the phone service sucks, even though they open at 8am they have answering service til 9, it is very frustrating to say the least & yesterday it waa so loud in the background i could hardly hear !! I have pushed any # just to get them to pick up the phone, & if i get triage a recording says they will call u baxk, if they do !! & they r not consistant with apt reminders, good luck !!! Wish i had a solution for u
You would have to call them
I'm not sure but I'd suggest asking your doctor about places where you can get one at no cost or at a reduced cost. Maybe also see if your insurance would cover one. Your doctor should definitely be able to help you or at least point you in the right direction.
