Leah was a great guide and we loved our Captain, Todd. They went above and beyond with us. Very informative and lots of fun. Very supportive and patient with us being comfortable. Lots of fun and laughs!!!! Highly recommend.

This tour was amazing! Captains Leah and Lauren were fun and knowledgeable! They were very accommodating and loved to joke around. We had a awesome time seeing the manatees and really appreciated them trying to stay away from the bigger groups around there that were crowding the creatures and found some for us to view on a more private setting. They also took us to 3 sisters springs which was worth it in itself. Will do it again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to anyone as long as Leah and Lauren were there to take them.

Add this to your bucket list NOW!! Swimming with the manatees was a 5-star experience with a 5-star tour guide (Captain Ed). My husband and I booked the 6:30 am Monday small group tour and it ended up being just the two of us, Captain Ed and Ron, plus 4 manatees, including a mama and her calf. I’d recommend the earliest tour possible, since the water is significantly more clear before swimmers, kayaks and boats arrive on the water. Captain Ed is very experienced and ready to share valuable information about manatees’ lifestyle, population, and wildlife preservation. He was also a great photographer and captured an entire collection of photos from our experience, which we purchased for $40. Take the plunge! I promise you won’t regret it!

Capitan Ron and Captain Lauren were amazing and very personable. They made the experience so much fun, and made sure everyone had an interaction with a Manatee. Lauren took great pictures and help create many memories. It was Cold, and make sure to bring your own towel. If you are trying to decide between kayaking or swimming with the Manatees...go swimming. You have better interactions and can have a better visual and understanding of the manatee and their habitat.

yes, you're more than welcome to bring a small cooler
My mom stayed on the boat with Capt. Ron while the rest of us got in the water. She really enjoyed herself as he found manatees and other wildlife near the boat for her to see; she said she didn't feel shortchanged in her experience. Only swimmers get to go into Crystal Springs though.
