They cancelled my appointment and kept telling me I did. Turns out one of the Dr. that works here changed their availability or something and was not working the day I had an appointment. So it was easier to blame me rather than apologize.

Doctor Badalament is awesome. he talks to you and inform you his diagnoses and he takes time to explain your options and give you choices that are best for you but ultimately the decision is up to you. His staff is awesome too. They are patient with you as well and they make you feel comfortable and they are very funny which is helpful when you are in an office and not sure what the doctor is going to say or you are nervous . they help keep you calm.

5 Star ONLY goes to Doctor Baldalament and the staffs at the office, NOT the management of this office. Dr. Baldalament is a very experienced and good doctor who also did an amazing job on my TURP surgery. The staffs were friendly, courteous and professional during all my visits. You will never know if you really have an appointment with this office till your visit… even though you do have one with them and received an appointment reminder phone call the day before. You will never know if they have received your PCP’s referral and let you see the doctor till your visit.. even though your PCP has sent them. TWICE, in 2 different visits within the last 10 months, I was told that they did not have my appointment on my arrival, so as my PCP’s referral. I also saw another patient at the office had the exact same problem regarding the PCP’s referral during one of my visits there. The manager of this office needs to do her/his job better. This kind of practice is unacceptable. Luckily, I am already retired and I can afford to waste all these trips.. .
