The customer service in the call center to become a new patient was ridiculous. As I was inquiring about the doctors in 790 BUenaventura, she put me on hold without telling me and someone else picked up telling me they were 780. Unorganized, and unprofessional and I’m now uninterested so my husband and I will take ourselves elsewhere.

I went to go pick up my mothers test results ,I gave them all the information they required and they still had no clue what I was talking about the receptionist was disgustingly rude and rolled her eyes at me multiple times I waited there for 45 minutes and the receptionist walked around In circles for those 45 minutes it was ridiculous at the end THE DOCTOR had to leave her patient to come do the receptionist job my mother previously wrote a review they responded back with a fake customer service email address because the 7 times I tried to write to them at that email it was an invalid email address this is ridiculous it was confirmed that the address was FAKE because I called Orlando family physicians and asked for the valid email address and they gave me a number because they don't have one. This office needs to be closed down enough is enough this cannot continue I'm speaking up for my mother but imagine the ones who can't the elders that have nobody its unfair ITS NOT RIGHT! so when you guys make a new email address that is real please let me know because we have a lot to talk about stop trying to look good for the media and be real to these people its least you guys can do.`

This group is ridiculously horrible. I’ve made 4 phone calls just to renew my mother’s prescriptions and they haven’t send them to our pharmacy. Each time they said they will. I am in process of searching for a new group. I also got a call from a imaging center for a test that they have not contacted me as to why they did this. My mother is in late stages of dementia and I believe they don’t knowledge of how to treat this. I have requested help in treating the issue and they give no attention to helping me with the issues involving disease. Don’t expect good professional service or help if your love one has this horrible disease.

This clinic is Extremely Disorganized. The department of referrals Fails every time to organized them right and puts my life at risk i had to do their job and find my own specialist to go to , The employees are very rude and disrespectful. They dont follow procedures at all , The unprofessional Doctors Discuss the patients business violating the HIPA law. If you want to maintain your health please dont visit this place its hell.
