Best ramp in crystal river. Gets pretty chaotic on the weekends with scalloping season. If you are reading this. Please do not take up the entire ramp. It's meant for 2 boats to launch at once. And don't dock your boat on the inside of the ramp. This causes huge backups. Launch and find a place to park. Plenty of spots there for your boat other then the inside of the dock at the launch.

$5.00 To launch a kayak Easy access to 3 Sister springs. Short paddle. Not a far drive from Ocala. They also rent the clear kayaks there. Parking can get full. I added some pic. I hope you enjoy your adventure.

Yes
Yes
Yes, there is plenty of room with no trees hanging.
Most "deep sea" outfits dont do a half day charter here due to it taking so long to get to deeper water here. I'm a local charter capt (near shore) and launch from petes.
I believe the high and dry closes at 5 pm
The marina has a lot just before you enter the property that you can fish. I would highly recommend that you call the marina and ask for Jeff or Thomas. They can tell you what’s biting and where to fish. 352-795-3302
Fishing is great year round. The cool thing about the area is that most fish species are open year round
I think it was $5 to launch and $10 to park
Yes on water at dock I think
You can do some fishing from the shore, fort island beach, the boat ramp half way down fort island, the mullet hole or the barge canal north of town. There is a dock in town you can fish from. Best best is off a boat but you can still catch dinner from land. Good luck. It is a beautiful place.
I am on the Homosassa River and it was four feet here.
You can rent many boats from Ozello Boats @St. Martins Marina and Outpost..out off Ozello Trail.
5 for parking and yes they offer Kayak rental with a clear bottom $75 for 2 people for 3 hours. also canoes. also boat ride to see manatees
