After 8 years of hot Florida sun, my 2015 Lexus upholstery was cracked and split in so many places that I considered I might need a new car. Last week I took my Mercedes GL 450 to have a small area of the headliner glued back. They did a horrible job. The area is now wrinkled and stained. When I showed it to the owner he just shrugged, like it was normal to look like that. He didn't apologize, offer to redo it, or offer a discount. I'm certain he wouldn't have been so indifferent had it been his car. Perhaps they are good at something else.
