We want to compliment the Del Webb team for a well organized sales process. We purchased a home via telephone, internet and Face-Time with Cory Wilson. When we visited to confirm our purchase, the field manager Danny was also outstanding. He handled the property questions immediately. If Cory and Danny were not as responsive as they were to questions then this sale might not have been completed. Again, we are thankful that the Del Webb team goes out of their way to get issues accomplished in a timely fashion. Therefore, we are confident that the closing process with Cory, Danny and their teams will be very well done.

Felt Webb is a great gated community. The shrubs, trees, flowers, and other plant life are just beautiful especially around the lakes. The houses are exquisite in design. Every house had a nice back porch that had a netted structure that kept the big out. The animal life was abundant there too. This is a great place for the elderly.

Polk county have cheapest yaxes in Florida. However water id the most expensive in Florida. Just ensure your buy a unit with RECLAIMED WATER. Yes the is an HOA and a small security maintenance fee. WE LOVE IT!!! 357 Toldedo.
As I was told, there are 900 homes in DWO. I've never found the total acreage but I can tell you, it is large but not too large. Population is approximately 2,000 people but tha is misleading. There are a good number of "snow birds" that are here only during the winter months an a smaller number of folks that use DWO as a home base for their cruises and longboat trips. They do have a storage area for RV's with about 20 or so coming and going. The club house is clean, modern and well equipped with a lap pool and large hot tub kept at 104 degrees. Right outside the indoor is a large outdoor pool and hot tub. Inside are activity rooms, a tavern that also serves bar snacking and plenty of tennis and pickle ball, basketball and botchieball courts. There is also facilities for for a nice community garden. Lots of beautiful vegetation, lakes, ponds and critters to see. All in all, this is a great gated community as far as we are concerned!!! Property values seem to hold up too.
