Today I went there around 11 am to get some clothes for my son. As soon as I walked in the employees welcome me but they were checking on me constantly which make me feel weird. After I spent almost an hour in there I went to check out. The lady asked me if I wanted to apply for their credit card and I told her we already had one. She said that it wasn’t on my profile so I explained her that the card was under my husbands name, she told me I couldn’t use because I wasn’t an authorized signer on the account and ask me if I could contact my husband to ask him to put me as an authorized signer on the acct. I told her he was working and offer to show her his ID with mine just to check we both had the same last name but she refused to it and said it was a store policy, at this point I asked her to make an exception because I drove 40 min just to get clothes and my baby was already hungry and she still said no. At this point I left the store. I felt they profiled me so I called a friend that has carters credit cards under her husbands name and she said she was never asked to be an authorized signer or whatsoever so to double checked I went to a different location and I was able to buy my clothes using the card they didn’t accept me to use. Are you serious? That is just wrong, profiling someone it’s completely wrong and you need to fix it. I felt humiliated in that place.

Excellent, friendly staff...all with a 😊 and eager to help you find something precious for our "Little🐑🐑Lambs"...wonderful assortment of clothes for preemies up to young children. Clothes and assorted items (blankets, toys and even the tiniest little shoes) were quality made and many selections to choose from.

Love shopping here for my kids. If you ever lose or misplace your Carters credit card, they can look up your info and make the purchase with a few security questions. Friendly and very helpful staff. This location is convenient.

Always shop at Carters for my daughters clothes. They have great deals and a great selection. We were down visiting form New Jersey so I was excited to see the selection in Florida. Very nice variety off summer and spring clothes. Was able to get something nice for our trip.
