Lots of holiday decorations, crafts, fake flowers, kitchen items, food (I'd be cautious) cleaning supplies, etc. Very surprised by some of the items they have for $1 actually now its $1.25. Time to update the store name dollar and a quarter store or dollar and ¼ store, lol.

Somethings bugging me about a store that based its name on pricing it no longer maintains. Buck n' a' quarter tree? 😆. Other than the inflation and name conflict I am still pleased with most of the products, convenience, and overall friendly staff.

The manager and cashier were unprofessional and vile talking about a lady who had to put some merchandise back because she didn’t have enough money. After she left, they proceeded to talk about the customer and when someone told them that was unprofessional they wouldn’t let them checkout and then accused them of trying to steal the stuff they were trying to pay for. I think the managers name was Megan and don’t know the cashiers name. They were both vile and disgusting human beings. Would not shop there again.

I would not shop at the St Albans nor the Essex Store.The store manager (as she said she was, but wasnt) was so rude. I went there to shop and seen some new dishes and she wouldn't allow me to buy because they wanted to take a picture like hours later when they were able too. If you are going to put product out on the shelf, then you should be able to buy, she even at one point asked that I take boxed item so she didn't have to open more, but when I wanted the coffee cups in the box to transport, they refused saying they can't...they are not on display, as they were sitting right there on the floor next to display. When I called the Essex store to get the number to district manager that lady said she was actually the St Albans manager and said she can help, but then change her attitude as the lady that said she was the manager to me in St Albans called her and said I was going to complain so she refuse to let me contact the district manager. But I got the number now....
