I met with dr Gordan this morning. My visit was extremely comfortable and very informative. He and his staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A great caring and professional environment.
Equal Rights
Compassionate Cannabis Clinic in Venice is the best in Florida, per my experience. Dr. Gordon, a former emergency room doc, is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and active in preserving our rights to cannabis in Florida. The staff is also wonderful. We live over 1 hour from Venice, FL, and are happy to make the trip. After our visit, we head over to the legendary Snookhaven for lunch. I very highly recommend Compassionate Cannabis Clinic. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome place. Dr Barry Gordon is so knowledgeable and friendly. I love talking to him EVERYTIME I’m there. I learn something new all the time. The staff is so great. Shaq is such an amazing educator. I can relate to him on many levels. They are super friendly. However the new receptionist is not very friendly and curt. Maybe she didn’t have her coffee or cannabis yet but it’s nice to greet patients with a hello or something when they walk in. All in all I recommend them

Dr. Gordon and his ENTIRE team are truly compassionate. Their name truly says it all. I have cancer and needed medical marijuana. The process was quick, simple, and informative. Their team was incredibly professional and attentive. The education process provided made me feel more confident in my prognosis and on going care to manage. I chose to see Dr. Gordon over the big box guys and it was the right decision! Please do yourself the favor and see for yourself! PS. I need to do this from the parking lot. :)

Certification visits (for new patients) and recertification visits (required by Florida statute every 30 weeks) are $250 payable by cash or charge. As with everywhere in the medical cannabis world, insurance isn’t accepted although some patients have had luck self submitting bills.
Best to ask them.
No, they informed me edibles are not yet sold in FL, but soon they expect that to change.
unfortunately no, at this time and point Medical cannabis is not recognized as medicine by the government which happened to be under the control of the pharmaceutical cartel , that being said the amount off benefits that I received from this plant is beyond imagination and I am someone whom never tried this kind of stuff all my life , we are grateful we got this far I think we shouldn't push our luck it might backfire on us
Depends on the qualified condition. I wasn't asked for documented proof of my PTSD. Dr. Gordon is a patient advocate first and a prescribing physician second. He isn't looking for reasons to deny those who need medicine.
$250 for the visit and $75 to apply with the state. Second visit is $100, then you just go in yearly at $250 for a recert.
It can vary, but usually we see patients getting their cards in 3-5 weeks,
Pils , liquid , and Vapor devices , The medical facility does not provide any medicinal marijuana , there is three main suppliers in the State of Florida that delivers , Trulieve , Knox , and there is one more that I can't remember the name of but I'm sure you could Google it ,
