Making an appointment was easy and they monitored with the patient the time and date. The staff was friendly and efficient. Nurses and technicians completed procedures with competency. This location has improved over the past three years or so with what seems to be more competent staff. Answering service has also greatly improved. The parking is good and office areas clean. If service continues at current level will upgrade my rating.

Worst medical center I have been to. They never gave me a diagnosis. The doctor did not tell me anything about the results. Also, when trying to take a blood sample, they hurt my arm so much I had pain in it and couldn't move it for a month. After this horrible experience, I still don't have the results of the single blood work I had to do. After paying my copay, I keep receiving letters to my house where they keep asking for more money without specifying what the money is for. If there were 0 stars, I would opt for that option.

Prescription was not ready. You would think on an 8 week cycle things would be in order. No excuse Should have been followed up and ready. Very displeased.
