Don’t eat here! Just read the reviews for yourself!!! I placed a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived, I let the manager know I was picking up a mobile order. His response was “I have a line right now so I’ll get to it when I get to it.” I asked, “so it isn’t ready?” He responded with no. I waited for 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready and I was highly dissatisfied. My mobile order should’ve been priority as I ordered and paid well in advance! There’s no life, no care, no compassion at this location. I tried to submit a complaint on the customer care website and of course it won’t allow me to submit it. Wendy’s should be ashamed of this location.

This store needs to hire people that is gonna get your orders right the first time. Everytime I go here my order is never right. If you have an order of three or more meals you can guarantee your order is gonna be messed up. This has to stop.

The food was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, but, as so many businesses these days, they were understaffed and getting our food took quite awhile. This does not reflect on the people who were working as they were doing their best. Also, the young lady taking the orders was absolutely delightful and had the prettiest smile. Unfortunately, I did not notice her name.
