Arrived Wednesday evening after my son had fell and his tooth bit completely through his lip. The doctor said it would heal fine on its own. The next day when the bleeding finally stopped, his lip had started to spread apart even more. Had to return again while other nurses and doctors were shocked that no one had given him stitches the previous day. Hopefully his lip doesn’t end up deformed from not doing the stitches the first time he arrived.

A lot of people complain about long waiting time and confusion at this and several other hospitals especially in Southwest Virginia. You can thank all those people who refuse to get vaccinated and clog up ERs when they get sick. The doctors and nurses are only human and are doing the best they can. Many get burned out and leave the profession which one makes the situation worse.

Only giving one star because I have to. Horrible service. Showed up with cramping and spotting while pregnant. Have sat here for 7 HOURS. After messed up labs, messed up transfer paper work, and horrible wait time. I will NEVER come back again. TERRIBLE -10/10
