Went out on the water with my brother who was a brand new member.We we’re a bit nervous about our first trip Danny was who helped us on the dock and he went above and beyond to go over everything we needed to know and ensure us of the process. Huge shout out to him I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Mark Samples in the Corporate Office goes ABOVE AND BEYOND (along with Dillon, too)! Mark assisted me with some reservations that I had made, and were somehow deleted in the system. He took the time to walk me through and get all of my reservations back! Always plenty of awesome boats to choose from, and he made sure that I will be going out of my favorite location! LOVE FBC and the lifestyle it affords me!

I suspected a billing error on my monthly Freedom Boat Club of Tampa Bay account and worked with Mark Samples to investigate and to rectify the issue. It turns out the charges were correct, but I was impressed with Mark's concern, timeliness, and general customer focus. In this age it's so rare to find someone who really cares and treats the customer appropriately. Mark, great job and keep up the effort. Stu
