Water is out, calling their main line is giving a busy signal, and their website says "For emergency purposes only, you can reach our after hours answering service" but doesn't list the damn emergency number anywhere. Who do we call to find out why there's no water???? Terrible, terrible service.

Been with this water company 24 yrs. I can’t say enough good about them. Never any problems and they fix things very quickly. Even during hurricanes they are great!

Outage today. No communication FROM this company. Entire Neighborhood had water service disrupted. We have no idea if we need to be on boil precautions... I called customer service and they have no idea either!

I like Mr. Folsom's review about how great the utility company is by replacing his meter and then noticing that the neighbor's needed replacing. The ever alert Mr. Folsom overlooked that if the meter does not register water usage the company cannot bill you. So Mr. Folsom, what the water company was doing was looking after their interest and not yours. Mr. Folsom, in case you're interested, I have some swamp land to sell. Great location and water front at a great price!!! The company is slow. payment over the internet is non existence and there are years behind every water utility company I ever dealt with.
