I'm currently working threw the Melbourne office and for the life of me I don't understand why they can't pay all of us on the same ticket at the same time some get paid right away and others like me at 7 at night or the next morning. the boss on the job has called them repeatedly and no change.not getting paid makes it hard to go to work the next day and has caused money lost for both parties.

Goodmorning! "I am not sugar coating anything here." The job stack app is an application that is supposed to allow someone interested in a particular job, to select it. It is unfair when you select the job, and than immediately after, get a notification that you've been removed without merit!? Be aware, that Jennifer, and several other employees at the downtown central office, are notorious for favoring some people with the good jobs, while sending others unfairly to the bad ones!!! My opinion is that if a worker selects the job, on the job stack app, he should be the only one capable of taking himself/herself off of the ticket. "It should not allow an employee to do so without merit!!"
Losing 30 with Manny
I have tried to make an account with this company FOR WEEKS but have not been able to make it happen. I tried calling both Orlando's branches, with only getting voicemail or rude people that would not cooperate with me. I had to send my credit application THREE times, and none of those times they were able to give me any updates or, in fact, they never even process it. When I called customer service to ask what was going on, and see if they could help me because I was still trying to work with them, a lady told me that she didn't have a magic wand to know what was happening. I don't know how you do business, but I don't think that's a way to talk with any customer, even very difficult ones. Trust me, I know. Just a little advice, improve your customer service. Customers are the ones paying for your workers rent, bills and food. They should be more appreciative.
