Lived here for 2 years now. Yes , the park is beautiful , and meticulously maintained , but as noted by other reviewers , if you're not in their " inner circle" , the rules are bent continually. IMHO , these are the worst , most unpleasant management team I've ever had to deal with in my 50 or more years of living, and owning businesses in the Pasco/Pinellas area. I chaired the Code Enforcement Board in Tarpon Springs , and dealt closely with the police dept's in each county. My word is valid. Sorry to feel it necessary to post this , but trying to deal rationally with management is impossible. Surely hope I'm not accused of killing President Kennedy , and evicted from the park. Hopefully I'll be able to live out my "Silver Years" peacefully here without constant problems .... it IS a lovely place to live.

The homes are reasonably priced, the grounds are kept nice and so is the pool. Apparently it's like all mobile home parks and the rent goes up 20 or $30 every year, rules are bent for certain people and the clicks that are going on are ridiculous. There's three ponds that gives the place it's personality.

If I was going to move into a 55 and it would never be orangewood, in fact moving out because the management if you are not friends they try to bully you. I've lived here 7 years and until they got new management it was great, now not so much. They try to compound late fees illegal in the state of Florida and they know it and that's what makes it worst. If we just had to deal with the home office on Congress it would be, they are very professional. All I can say is if you're moving make sure the managers like you and are your friends. So goodbye orangewood lakes Mobile home Park I wish everyone here in the park best of luck. Onto my new house.

They have about 225 lots. The same company owns another park on the other end of that road. I believe that one is smaller maybe 100 lots.
