I have 4 young kids. It is extremely difficult for me to get to my appointments. I have no help available. I knew I would be late to my 8:30 apt as my kids were difficult as usual as I attempted to leave. They wake up at 8. I called and stayed on hold the whole way to my apt (20 min). No one ever answered. I went in and realized I needed a mask in order to enter so I went back to search for a mask. Anyways, I arrived 15 min late and checked in 20 min late. First off The front office girl has been extremely rude the three times I’ve came here. She should not be dealing with the public. She is horrible at her job. She called to see if I can be seen. Before she can even ask, Stacy tells her she won’t see me. I pleaded my case almost to tears because this is a major inconvenience to me and my entire family. They would have seen me 5 minutes prior. In complete frustration from being treated so badly and being forced to reschedule I called Stacy a bitc* under my breath. Front office girl, gets dramatic (I’m sure she waits all day for some drama) and says she’s getting a manager and refuses to reschedule me. I end up walking out. I’m not going to be seen at a place that won’t have compassion for real people. I am not one to toot my own horn but I am very nice and shy and usually would never say this about anyone. I have never called a professional a bad name and given attitude to anyone in this way. They definitely brought the worse out in me. Absolutely horrible service. I did however see Ayla Hale before and she was nice and saw me even though I was running a bit behind.

If you called off work for a doctors appointment and this is your first visit, I recommend cancelling and finding another doctor. Citrus Valley Family Practice WILL not see you on your first visit. Why? Company policy states they need to "get to know" you first. In other words, fill out their patient history form via in person. However, It is unfair to make somebody take a day off work simply to fill out paperwork you could have just emailed over. Plus, why can't we fill the paperwork and proceed with doctor appointment? Why does this need to be separated into 2 different days? What they fail to realize is that many of us aren't so fortunate to take leisurely days off of work. I waited 3 weeks and called off work to get a physical exam only to be told that I need to make another appointment before I can get the physical done. Not only that, they informed me on the day of visit that I'll need another day of lab work before I can schedule my physical. That's 3 days off from work. I think Citrus Valley Family Practice should re-visit their appointment-making policies for the sake of the working class people who don't have the ability to leisurely take days off work.

Overall, he is a real good person and an asset to your organization. I’m addition, his medical assistant, Reyna is always friendly and welcoming. She is very professional and dedicated to her profession.

Demanding not even courteous is this how they treat everyone who is new? All they want is money you tell them your problems and they tell you it’s common “you can even look it up on google”. Should have done it since the beginning thanks Dr. Tanya! Marissa or Maritza front desk receptionist you’re not very good at your job if your job was to be amiable, helpful, courteous and be patient with all patients!!! Angie you were my favorite thank you for being so nice :)

I know my doctor and her PA, but not the others. Dr. Kim Minesinger and Jennifer Pham, PA. They are both great!
