He located the exact car I wanted and kept in constant communication with me until it arrived. Was in and out in 2 hours. Tom was super nice and thorough,making the normal car buying experience quick and painless. HIGHLY recommend the drive to this VERY friendly dealership. Definitely will use Friendly & TOM again! Joshua Schmidt was an amazing salesperson to deal with. Everybody at the dealership was terrific. Quick easy process. Can not speak more highly of Joshua. I recently purchased my 3rd car from Friendly Kia and I'm sure it wont be my last! I have been obsessed with the new Sorento body style since it came out, so knew what I wanted and where I needed to be and they made it happen. Kathryn in internet sales was so helpful from the very beginning, Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with as well. With the car demand so high I did have to put a deposit down to secure the car to be "mine" when it came in and even though that is scary, I was assured that the numbers I was given would stay the same and they did. When we arrived at the dealership after it was delivered I had never seen the color "everlasting silver" and I was looking at it and approached by an older gentleman explaining how the color "changes colors" and he stood there laughing and admiring it with me for a few mins and then he went on his way. I just assumed he was a customer, but I later found out that was the dealerships GM and was not surprised how personable and nice he was considering all of the other service I was given. My car also came 10 days earlier than I was told! The sales manager Joe D. went above and beyond helping me with any questions that came up in the process, he has continued to keep in touch even after I have had my car for almost 3 weeks, even answering my texts on his days off! I am also in a customer service based managerial position and I hope that I make my customers feel a fraction of the way I was treated by him. Thank you all for your help!
