A couple weeks ago while on vacation in Sarasota, my adult son and I went into the store and bought a couple $500 watches. Although they had an entire store of more expensive watches. We were treated like royalty. The salesperson had an extreme amount of knowledge and experience and it showed. Will definitely come back again the next time we are in Sarasota and buy more watches.

Sarasota watch company really hooked me up. These guys were very professional, knowledgeable and most of all helpful to my needs. I was in town for a wedding and needed my jubilee band put on my Sangin Pro TAD watch. Forgetting my wallet back at the Airbnb they were very understanding and made the adjustment on the house. 10 stars! Would highly recommend!

Took my wife's Rolex for repair after she went into the pool with the crown loose. We went within 1 hour of the watch hitting the water. The sales /service rep stated he would soak it in oil immediately to mitigate any water intrusion and call us within 2 days. After 4 days of no contact, we called multiple times to get the status and finally, after 10 days they replied with the watch is rusted and needs complete overhaul for $1800.00. I retrieved the watch and sent it to Rolex. They sent pictures back of the watch and it was never in oil, the bezel was incorrectly replaced and the rear seal was missing! My suspicion is that they forgot to put it in oil and it rusted. Rolex quoted $750.00 to repair it. DO your homework before you go here for service.

This place was recommended by a friend. Brought in my watch to sell (after trying to sell myself online). They were more than fair and educated me on a few things about the watch that I didn’t know. Highly recommend these folks, Steve and Mike are very knowledgeable.
