Nice place, lots of amenities, close to Walmart and other shopping and groceries. Family friendly to an extent.... The park itself is family friendly (even LARGE family...4+ kids) but some of the seasonal and full time residents don't LOVE the children. Well kept, regular yard/grounds maintenance, pretty tree lined streets and a ton of variety as far as lots (concrete patios, driveways, grassy depending on your preference). Despite what I've seen when doing a Google search.... This park is NOT a 55+ only park.... Family's and children ARE welcome!

Pretty laid back. Very clean Getting a good vibes here compared to other rv resorts we’ve visited

It's been a little while since I last lived here... I miss it very much. Had a local tow drop off w/Abel Wrecker bring me back to my safe place briefly today so I cried a bit leaving the park. It's Still packed, but that means more friends turned family to catch up with. I'm sure it still has that amazing water, I know that don't make sense to some, but straight from the tap or hose its crisp and delicious to drink, and i do not favour water as a beverage. Those narrow streets and corners are still there so turning a large vehicle can be problematic but it is well worth it to be able to call this park home even if just passing thru or parking for a season.

It's an okay RV Park, the pad was grass, no free wifi or Cable TV, and the sewer caps threads were messed up so our connector couldn't screw into it securely. Also the sewer cap wasn't even secured to the sewer pipe and would just come out of the ground. I called to book a site at Riverside Encore and the guy on the phone told me that, that one was booked but he had this one right near by. I guess our definition of right near by are totally different as those two are 30 min apart from eachother and Toby's RV put us way further inland that I wanted to be. Definitely overpriced for what you get, but a quiet community and seems safe and secure besides possible alligators walking around. I didn't see any but sure wasn't gonna take my chance in the evening. I definitely don't think we will be back to this one, so many better RV parks in Florida than this one.

If You Are Visiting The RV Campground Yes Or Someone That Is In The RV Resort
Its all cleaned
This is a family friendly park however, there are few things for a child to do, meaning no youth programs or events and activities. There are kids in the park so if peace and quiet or children are what your vacationing from in the first place just let Matt know In the front office and they will do what they can to work with your requests. It's an amazing park.
