Hampton and ShaRon - Two Runaway Ol' Folks

We have stayed here nearly every winter since 2008. Mix of owners and renters. Awesome clubhouse facilities are open to everyone. Exercise room, laundry$$, full kitchen, tv, banquet hall, heated pool, craft room, pool table room, weekly potluck dinners, Sunday morning, motorcycle rides, boat ramp, lake fishing. Bathrooms ahd showers immaculate. Beautiful landscaping. Curbside yrash collection every Thursday. Large covered trash and recycle bins provided. Wide streets, spacious rv sites. All grocery stores and pizza joints deliver there. 1/2 mile off I-4; 43 miles East of Tampa; 40-50 miles West of Kissimmee and Orlando. Winter daytime temps (Nov thru March) were in the mid to upper 70s nearly everyday. Nighttime temps got as low as upper 30s but mostly on low 40s until Feb. By April daytime temps consistently in 80s. Nearly all residents leave by April for cooler climates. We found the staff, owners, and renters very friendly and helpful.

I was only here in the park for a couple of days, but the staff (Taylor, Dory, and Willow) were very accessible (even after hours), professional and helpful. Great people, nice facility. Well managed.
