Love Dr. Moussa, but the staff is unorganized and unprofessional. She’s the only reason why this review is getting 2 stars. Had our dog there for boarding with not the best experience. Three days into her stay we got sent a post card stating she’s been eating and drinking well. The following day I received a call from Dr. Rossi saying I called in regards to my dog. I had not. She told me my dog is not eating or going to the bathroom. I said that’s funny because in the post card it stated otherwise. She said she would work on her and I said I would call the following day to check on her. I called the following day and was told she hadn’t ate one full meal and hadn’t made a bowel movement. Obviously my dog is stressed. They lied to me in the post card and didn’t feel the need to call me. I took matter into my own hands and thankfully my sister was able to pick her up early due to us being on vacation. Thankfully she is doing much better since being home. I thought boarding at her vet would be more beneficial being they know her and have her records, but I will now consider boarding her elsewhere.

Excellent care by veterinarians!! We are new patients to the practice and couldn't be happier with East York Veterinary Center. I have a cat who was stress overgrooming and they got us in very quickly for a new patient appointment. Dr Henzler gave excellent care and was very friendly with me as well as Lola even though my temperamental tortoise took a swipe and scratched him. The office is very nice. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Definitely recommend!

Charged me for things I did not need and said that by me saying "ok" was my consent to do a x-ray of my dog. Never told me the prices for anything. Was highly dissatisfied with the bill and the way it was handled. Asked for a manager and didn't get one. Will not be coming back here. Thanks for taking my money though!

I brought my rabbit in for am emergency situation. They were very nice and understanding and explained all the options. They laid out the price/action plan before they did anything. The estimated price for care had a decent gap between the min and the max. It was very nice the know what the maximum it could cost when going in. My rabbit ended up passing away she was in really bad shape. I honestly feel they did everything they could for her. During her whole stay they called me to give me updates through out the day. I did not need to call once to see how she was doing because they were keeping me posted the whole time. When I went to pick her up everyone was very respectful. Everyone seemed upset for me abd the loss of my pet but did not bother me or overwhelm me. They packed her up in a coffin very sturdy cardboard box and wrapped her up in a nice blanket. All in all they did their best and made the awful experience as painless as possible.

Call and ask to speak to Jessie; you will need to make an appointment to discuss the surgery. Thank you.
Yes
They have fish there. You can call them and they will tell you weather to bring your fish in or not.
i thinks so but call and ask them
They do. I took mine there an will continue to. The dr. was very knowledgable
Call the office, if they do not have an open appointment (hours are 10a-5p, today) take your pup to Animal Emergency in York or to PETS in Lancaster. Lancaster has a lot of internal medicine specialists.
That's entirely up to East York. The price for any procedure (animal OR human) starts with the facility's standard fees and will have to factor in your furbaby's age, general condition, preexisting medical concerns, special preparations etc.-- just like for a human patient! TL:DR -- Ask the vet, best of luck to the dear patient! 💓👌😊
