I’m having a horrible time with this company. My home warranty contracted them for the second time. -Last October I put a repair in to get my dryer fixed. Without a video or in person diagnosis they began ordering parts. I waited over a month for the part to come in and to finally get on the schedule. Then the day of my appt., They contacted me stating they ordered the wrong parts and had to reschedule my appointment . Needless to say the first and only visit took place in December -2 months after the repair ticket was submitted. - But here’s the problem - The actual issue was the safety sensor was tripped due to a clogged dryer vent. The parts they ordered and the wait for the parts was un-necessary. The 2 month wait for unwarranted parts was a 7 minute fix- The tech also claimed he changed the belt (I never saw the old belt) He mention if I didn’t get the dryer vent cleaned the sensor would trip again . Which leads me to my current issue. The dryer has shut off again around February . I did not get the vent cleaned until July. I contacted the company before contacting my home warranty to possibly give my husband instructions on how to fix the safety switch . (Nothing found on YouTube) No response . I then contacted my warranty company, paid the copay and once again they contracted Apex to fix my dryer. I’m already 10 days in and once again they’re ordering belts, heating elements , back up thermostats . I’m sure the safety sensor has tripped again and maybe the thermo is needed for that. Which has already been ordered and sent to the contractor. Im not a happy because I keep getting the run around and can’t get any answers. A 2 month wait to have an issue fix because a proper diagnosis wasn’t done is unacceptable. And here we are on the road to repeat this same practice. It leads me to believe there’s something underlining about just ordering parts and not knowing what the actual issue is. I just want my dryer fixed!!!

Had a pool vac that had 2 loose wires. The owner said he would look at it but didn't know if he could fix it. Two weeks later not fixed and was told he was on vacation for another 2 weeks. So 1 month would've passed without my pool vac in the middle of summer!

To be perfectly honest my things have always been under warranty. But you can research the problem on YouTube. I would advise not to be LG again they are owned by Samsung now. Apex is very good at assessing the problem.
