HUGE CRACK IN WINDSHIELD DURING MY CAR WASH HERE. Do not come here. I drove my 1 year old Ford explorer into this car with absolutely no problems, scratches, or cracks on my windshield, and I now have a crack that spans 2/3 of my front windshield! Right now the initial response is that they're not responsible but will pass my info on to the owner (who is out of town with no known return date by his employees). I will update with the response/outcome I receive.

We were customers yesterday, September 4th, around 6:00pm and we had the best experience you could’ve had. We are from southern Oregon and the bugs there are horrid, especially around the lake, so our car was very very gross to say the least… the two employees scrubbed and scrubbed our car trying to get it spotless and even let us go through the car wash twice. They got it looking so good!!! We were so happy with the result. They were not satisfied and told us ways to get the stuff stained on the car off and we’re very nice the entire time we were there. We strongly recommend this place and appreciate their hard work and kindness
