Waitress was wonderful and tried her best to give us the best service. However, the restaurant was hot and there were gnats and flies everywhere. The food was late in coming and was mediocre as far as the flavor. We had to fight the gnats and flies. Bathroom was disgusting.

It is the worst service and environment I have ever been in. We had to keep going and asking for napkins And our own drinks. Tables and benches are broke.

I don’t normally complain or leave negative reviews. But I have to share the experience that happened to me this evening. I called and placed an order for pickup for me and my parents. I ordered a grilled chicken salad for my mom, a sub for me, spaghetti for my son, and my dad ordered what he always orders from here. He gets a large meat lover’s calzone add steak, onions, and mushrooms with extra cheese and no peppers. When I ordered, I made sure to repeat that twice because I didn’t want to get it wrong. When we returned home with the order, we realized they didn’t give us my moms chicken salad and my dad didn’t have the extras that I asked for. They don’t give you a receipt so I didn’t know if they even added it when I placed the order. When I called the lady said that she didn’t see the extras that I asked for on the receipt. She said to bring back the other one and they would remake it. She also said she would get the salad made for my mom. When I get there Muhammad angrily confronted me saying that the calzone doesn’t even come with peppers. And that I needed to ask for the extras when I order. I told him I did twice on the phone. I got my food and left. Muhammad followed me out to my car saying that I need to make sure to tell them the extras when I order and I needed to pay for the extras because they didn’t charge me. I told him I would come in to pay. He said “no just pay the next time you order” and to make sure I order correctly next time. Very rudely. I told him there wouldn’t be a next time because I won’t be back. I told him I will just come in and pay. And I told him he was very rude. I wasn’t trying to get free food. I repeated my order twice and was treated so poorly. I feel so badly for the three employees that I talked to at the register that said this is normal behavior for him. So if you want someone to follow you to your car and make you cry over $9.54, this is the place for you. But I won’t be back. My dad who says he eats here all the time said he won’t be back either.

We went to Portabella's 2 on March 14th,2022 after a long day, expecting great food. What we paid for was a burnt old Pepperoni Roll, burnt garlic knots with cheese and one without cheese, one sub with fries (we got chips instead, the waitress didn't offer to correct our order). We asked for no cheese on the sub with Bacon, we got cheese the bacon was bacon bits The BBQ wings were not BBQ wings and undercooked.. The waitress was okay, the cook in the back the older gentleman was more concerned about a soccer game and smoking a cigarette than fixing our order. We had to pay for it of course. We were very disappointed and disgusted with our experience.. I will not be back.
