I watched Jurassic World: Dominion, it was a very bad experience. They left the lights on the whole time, we even asked them to turn off the lights, they never even dimmed. The sound was also ear aching. It was the loudest movie ever. Don't recommend this.

The staff are so wonderful, polite, and professional. It’s sad that the owners of the building can’t do more to improve the cleanliness. The floors are sticky, the seats are grungy. It’s the reason I travel to Wytheville or Beckley to avoid this place. It seems if they would renovate three or four of the movie theaters,Take out all of the seats and put in 40% of the seats back with larger seats and more space between them people would flock to this place and it would be much easier to keep clean. Especially if you got vinyl coated seating where you could hose the danged place down :-)

Best Theatre around <3 the staff is super friendly and the theatre it self brings back pulls memories <3 I would highly recommend come to this theatre for a great experience

As soon as the kids, me, and my husband walked in the 3 employees just stood there like psychos staring us down. Was told I can't bring my candy in, okay fine, took it back to the car. Proceeded to spend over $70 for the 4 of us just to be stared at like we're doing something wrong. That blonde woman seriously gives me the creeps the way she stared at us. She even went in the office to watch the cameras during our ENTIRE movie to make sure we didn't sneak any candy in. Idk if she has a mental condition or what but we won't be back. That was just too creepy and weird to deal with after spending that much of my hard earned money. To top it off the bathrooms were gross and the floors were sticky. Literally had baskets of napkins to dry your hands with on the sink. Yikes 😬
