So far calling them to talk to someone is difficult and I had to wait 20mins to try to talk to someone. I couldn’t wait any longer. When I drove in; there was few people protesting. They said it’s normal. The staff are super nice and it’s your decision on what you want to do. Very clean lobby. A good 10 minutes wait or so. When I got checked out they were nice and seem to explain everything good. Very comforting so far. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy but I fixed that.

I was nervous going to my appointment but now I would recommend this place for all of ur gynecology appointments. The people outside are mean and yell terrible things at u but once u are inside the nurses take such great care of u. I think they r training cuz there r a lot of women checking in. When I was called they were nice and told me that I should take the medicine cuz my period was not that long ago. I was confused cuz I had made up my mind to do the surgery and even had someone drive me. I was then called back by the ultrasound nurse Brigitte so I didn’t have to weight. She was very nice to me and I feel like I had so many questions but she took time with me so that I felt comfortable with my choice. She also made my anxiety go down by telling me that feeling nervous and having questions is normal. Then I was to Jade who was very nice to and she helped me to know what medicines I was taking and what was gunna be normal and then what would not be normal. I even got to have birth control with my appointment which I am happy for cuz my doctor is a lot of money for these appointments. The doctor came in and taking the medicine was so easy and fast. I had sum pretty bad cramping and bleeding for the first week and now I am ok. I do have sum blood now but is ok. I am happy that these nurses and doctors are here for me and other women cuz they have the mean people outside everyday and I don’t no how they do it but they do and I am happy to see them and support them cuz they did that for me.

The staff at this facility are so very sweet, understanding and accommodating. The office itself is clean, modern and comfortable. I have never felt so welcomed and attended to in a medical office before. I will be recommending that all my family, friends & associates come here for care. I will also double my efforts to support Planned Parenthood & their mission.
